UOR Permit Update: Kong Foundation/Structure

We've been busy around here with the permits, haven't we? Well, as you can see below, Universal has filed for the foundation and structural steel for Project 340. Project 340, as we all know, is widely believed to be a new King Kong attraction for Islands of Adventure. As always, stay tuned to Parkscope for more updates.
